> My experience has been mostly positive as the people I've dealt with are friendly and professional.  However, I still do have issues with some of the features (or lack of features) on the app and Onde has been slow to fix these.  Also some of the features or changes I would like to make, they want to charge more even though I spent a lot up front and pay an ongoing subscription fee.
