Avantages :

Plateforme pour l'entreprise et espace pour l'employé(e)

Inconvénients :

La communication post onboarding et nottamment sur des étapes clés comme la fin de la période d'essai, la fin de contrat ou le remboursement du dépôt, est mauvaise. Les réponses sont souvent vagues, pas clairs du tout, à se renvoyer la balle entre collègue et tardives, ce qui complique considérablement ces démarches pour nous pourtant cruciales. Aucune communication par téléphone qui raccourcirait grandement le traitement. Après l'onboarding, le support client s'est avéré plus que décevant. En plus, le chargé de compte, après plusieurs mois d'absence, a soudainement réclamé des pénalités de retard de manière insistante. Ca donne vraiment l'impression que cette société c'est son revenu et le reste on s'en fou. Côté plateforme, comme leur support elle est alambiqué, compliquée pour rien de trouver l'information. Nous avons opté pour une solution alternative, bien plus intuitive et efficace.

Outil simple et utile !

Commentaires : Un bon outil très pratique mais dommage qu'on ne puisse pas avoir une version gratuite surtout quand on peut trouver mieux.

Avantages :

La plupart du temps, l'outil fait ce pourquoi il a été conçu. Si vous avez des employées à l'étranger vous allez mieux exploiter son potentiel. L'interface est simple et l'expérience est plutôt interressante.

Inconvénients :

Je pense qu'il y a du travail à faire concernant les fonctionnalités. Des bugs surviennent parfois et donnent l'impression d'être en fac d'un produit beta. Pas d'essai gratuit, pas de version gratuite !

Facile d'utilisation

Avantages :

Très facile d'utilisation et beaucoup d'options pour les retraits. En outre, on peut choisir de retirer 25% dans le compte A et 75% dans le compte B. Génial!

Inconvénients :

J'aimerais que Deel soit une application.

Rien cet outil est une catastrophe de rigidité

Inconvénients :

Catastrophique. 2 semaines pour des allers retours stériles pour simplement envoyer un plan de commission à des sales, après qu’ils aient validé l’offre.

Avantages :

Les fonctionnalités que j' ai le plus aimé chez ce logiciel sont là gestion d'équipement et les options d'achat d'actions. Je pense que c'est un grand avantage pour nous les utilisateurs

Inconvénients :

Pas d'inconvénients particulier. Il est très facile à utilisé

Commentaires : It has been an absolute delight so far. The withdrawal to my account is super quick and the initial setup to get my account connected was very easy too.

Avantages :

The ease of setting up my account and connecting to my Indian bank account.

Inconvénients :

The limit of $5000 for auto-withdrawal. If my incoming amount goes past $5000, the auto-withdrawal pauses and human intervention is required to manually withdraw the amount.

Commentaires : Overall, I'd say that Deel is the best experience for an EOR provider. They have grown exponentially in a short period of time so the personalized experience has gone down a bit. I'd still go with Deel over any other provider.

Avantages :

Extremely user friendly and intuitive platform. As an admin of the system, you have a lot of compliance details at your fingertips.

Inconvénients :

The customer support has gone a bit down hill most probably due to their extreme growth. Where you may have received a promise of something happening previously, it now can't be done due to "risk". Also, waiting times when you put in a request of a query have extended.

One thing I like with deal is it’s ssl security which gives me a peace of mind that both my information and assets are secure. The user interface is easy to navigate and it gives multiple withdrawals options that basically suits anyone anywhere.

Love dealing with Deel

Commentaires : Great! I haven't had a bad experience or service with Deel. Though I thought they might want to consider self-funding accounts, but then again, they're not a banking or fiduciary service like PayPal.

Avantages :

It's very user-friendly and straightforward. The dashboard offers just enough views for a user to understand the services they offer. I also like the card and advance option since it gives me the ability to make purchases in USD without the need to convert.

Inconvénients :

Once the money is out, you won't be able to put it back in. I thought this was something I could do since I needed to use the card for USD transactions.

So easy, so straight-forward, and payout is so quick compared to the traditional methods!

Commentaires : I have only used it for a few weeks, but it has impressed me greatly so far. I love how clean the design is, and it's so easy to navigate pages between invoicing, contracts, etc. I also love that there is a section where you can talk to someone about tax advice!

Avantages :

I really appreciate their integration with Revolut, as receiving international payments from my US employers can sometimes be so tricky. Things like their banks charging fees, trying to exchange into another currency, or simply taking days to go through can really make the process hard, but with Deel it is so straightforward, and I can cash out straight to my linked Revolut account.

Inconvénients :

I think there could be more help explaining sections of contracts to foreign employees. US contracts are very different to the UK ones I am used to signing, especially when related to tax, so a little help understanding what certain jargon means would go a long way.

Inconvénients :

Deel contains some fees that affect the user when transferring their money. Depending on the user's bank, these fees can vary. Also, Deel provides some rewards for users but mostly can only be used in the US, which is not ideal for international employees.

I don't have any complains about the service. If anything, I would like Deel to work on countries like Venezuela to give more people opportunities to handle their funds and expand their possibilities to overcome the dictatorship hurdles to manage foreign currency.
