They then compare the advertised price against our MAP pricing standards and reports the violations. We then can use this software to contact these sellers and ask them to adjust their prices. The product does a good job of finding violators of our MAP policy, and it is easy to use for all of their features and it has a good selection of preprogrammed reports. It's customer service also has been very good. > > **Inconvénients**: This was an easy software to implement but there is a bit of learning time and there were some issues with implementation but were fixed fairly quickly. Also for some of resellers of our products there is no information as to who the actual seller is and how to contact them. This is more of an issue with eBay then other sites. > > Our experience has been great with PROWL and their customer support. It allows us to track what price our sellers and resellers are selling our MAP parts for and allows us to contact them very easily using the software. It tracks our success of maintaining our MAP pricing on the web and the history of our actions. There is a good amount of detail in PROWL about the sellers. The customer success managers have been for the most part responsive and easy to work with. It is easy to report errors in the data and the specific errors are handled quickly. Creating templates and sending notices to sellers is set up in an easy way to use and send as well as documenting actions taken. Most of the time we get good information on why there are some data issues and the status of fixes, but not alway. > > **Inconvénients**: The initial setup had some issues that creating quite a bit of internal work from our side. Not knowing how to set up sellers information in PROWL for all categories caused confusion (We wanted seller information to be the same for all categories). There were several issues in the initial setup and review so this process could go smoother.
