The software is easy to use and has artificial intelligence to suggest what caregivers might be available for open clients. It reduces an agency's potential fraud risk because of the telephony (EVV) system. There is an app as well that caregivers can logon to submit notes about their visit. However, when it is down and you are used to using the different facets of the software it can cause utter chaos in the scheduling, payroll and billing department all at once. > > **Inconvénients**: It frequently does not work. It disconnects from the internet. The telephony does not use the GPS as advertised. The billing is incorrect when it flows over to payroll.
