> **Avantages**: Functionality and ease of use, we use the office version. Integration is easy as it is PHP and you can go in and make you own mods. Makes returns for our customer service reps very easy. It also allows our warehouse to make the best decisions on the most economical way to ship for the customers.

> **Inconvénients**: There is some more functionality that I could have but this is more unique to the gift-ware / housewares industry. There could be some standard links to software that would help and a better way to interface your negotiated rates to the software but that is just UPS.

Our previous vendor found out that it is possible for customers to leave. ProShip shows they value their customers and work to partner with them.
