I also like the Search tab, it's very easy to customize a report to return the data you're looking for. The support team is very responsive and usually can resolve any issues very quickly. Very easy for new users to pick up - only need a few minutes to explain. The seamless integration with Great Plains Dynamics is tight, and the application very much reduces the need for paper. Nice drag \& drop feature for invoices - saves a ton of time.
