I wouldn't mind if there was a "lite" or "simple" solution. But I guess I can see where that would undermine the overall software architecture.

J'aime la facilité dont il m'offre à chaque fois que je l'utilise son intégration dans mes paiements m'ont beaucoup aidé et surtout mes gestions de projets mais il y a plusieurs choses qui vraiment plû, c'est juste magnifique

Le seul problème avec lui ce que lorsque tu ne sais rien ça ne sera pas du gâteau

Avantages :
Sage Intacct has become the backbone of our financial management operations. The program's robust accounting and reporting capabilities are outstanding. I appreciate the flexibility it offers in creating custom financial reports, providing a tailored view of our organization's financial health.
Inconvénients :
While Sage Intacct excels in financial management, enhancing the mobile app's features for on-the-go access would be beneficial. Adding more comprehensive functionalities such as invoice approvals and expense tracking on the mobile platform would improve accessibility and flexibility.
OK but not a great fit for smaller businesses and nonprofits.
Commentaires : We bought the system as a solution that was able to integrate with other software we use. We continue to use the system - but partially because installing another system is so labor and cost intensive. Staying with the "devil we know" has been our course of action. My relationship manager is very supportive.
Avantages :
It is a robust and well designed system. I has far more features than we would ever use.
Inconvénients :
Many updates actually are not helpful to us. They don't have a "less robust" option for smaller businesses. Product support is spotty, especially when it comes to API integrations. And some things are very hard to do in Sage Intacct, that were actually quite simple back in Sage Peachtree.

Best accounting software
Commentaires : Love this software. For a Businessman or accounting person. I love it most easily I can maintain inventory and automate ap process. saves times and easy to use
Avantages :
Inventory management and AP automation is one the most important thing in this software. You can easily maintain Inventory record and same time it's help in ap automation
Inconvénients :
There is no chat option available in support section. And their contact information provided over there are not much helpful.

Junk - avoid
Commentaires : Horrifying junk that has not made much in improvements over the past 10 years. Waste of space.
Avantages :
Nothing - absolutely zero. Have had nothing positive to say.
Inconvénients :
Everything - it is useless, fails on updates. Deletes itself. Corrupts its own data on critical backups. Fails at every turn.

Powerful Financial Management tool
Commentaires : It is an excellent tool for financial management. Since it is a cloud-based app, the users can access their financial data from anywhere, facilitating remote work.
Avantages :
It helps in the automation of repetitive tasks like invoicing, expense management & consolidations. I also like the ease of getting all the Financial reports for any data driven decisions.
Inconvénients :
Cost of the application is a bit at higher side. Also, the team who are using this app may need additional training to familiarize with the software.

Highly Recommend Sage Intacct
Commentaires : Overall, I would highly recommend Sage Intacct. It is easy to use and provides us what we need to keep business moving smoothly.
Avantages :
I like the ease of use. Everything works smoothly and it is so easy to fix an issue if something was done in error. The reconciliation function has allowed us to become much more efficient with our month end process - what used to take us roughly 5 days now takes us 1 day!
Inconvénients :
I cannot think of anything that I do not like about Sage Intacct. It really works well for our business needs.

Sage a Fairly Good Product

Sage Intacct - making complicated accounting more user friendly
Commentaires : Sage Intacct is a very decent system that I would recommend for the high volume client or med to large businesses. It is easy to manipulate but kind of difficult to learn all of the moving parts. It does integrate with a lot of other cloud based systems.
Avantages :
Sage Intacct is a robust system that allows the user to manage many parts of their financials in one program.
Inconvénients :
There are almost too many parts to the system that make it difficult to teach and understand. Posted vs non-posted accounts for one makes reconciling difficult at times.

Expensive but Great for Multi-Entity Organizations
Commentaires : The set-up process was a lot of work but you do get an implementation team to help with the transition and they try to make it as easy as possible. They also offer training courses to use, and have an online support community. You are generally assigned an account representative (financial professionals who have actually used Sage) to assist with anything you might need.
Avantages :
The ability to be able to do the accounting and financials for a multi-entity organization within one system, and to have the ability to do both individual reporting as well as the reporting for the different entities combined has been a life saver. It has saved many hours of manual work we used to do.
Inconvénients :
Certain customization options are lacking, and it is a difficult program to learn how to use in the beginning (especially if you are coming from more simple online programs like QBO). It is also expensive and may not be worth the cost for a lot of organizations.
Alternatives envisagées :
Great for Small Company.
Commentaires : Grea experience - importing data when we converted was easy. Recommendation for a Consultant for complex bridging was a good experience.
Avantages :
Ability to upload data. Used a great deal for Journal Entries and Input from Sales Software.
Inconvénients :
The approval of Payables link doesn't take Approvers to the proper Company level.
Endless reports
Commentaires : I have always been a fan of Sage and continue to be.
Avantages :
Reporting, Dashboards and statistical data. You can make a report on almost anything - setting them up however can be complex. I love being able to monitor non financial data in the statistical entries.
Inconvénients :
The Fixed Asset module is far too complex and does not manage the reducing balance method in Britain currently. This was tested various times with ourselves and the implementation team.

Still beginners but growing into Sage
Avantages :
It will accommodate our organization for many years to come. We are able to automate processes and we are learning how to use features in Sage at a deeper level.
Inconvénients :
Our implementation was rough, but we have spoken to many who had lovely integrations and deployments! Speak up if you feel like your implementation team is just going through the motions.
