In my case, I never had the opportunity to truly review and weigh the software's capabilities as I was pushed into a decision, I never meant to make without a trial period. It is important for prospective users to weigh these pros (or cons) against their specific needs and to consider the overall reputation of the company, and the sales tactics they employ, when making a decision.

> **Inconvénients**: From the onset, I clearly communicated my desire for a trial period entering into any long-term commitment. Despite this, I was urged to sign a one-year agreement, which was contrary to my initial request. Following this, I received a legal demand letter from the company's legal representation, requiring immediate payment or threatening further action. To avoid any complications, I ultimately paid the amount requested ($8000) recognizing my oversight in this matter.

> When I initially inquired about the product, the sales representative assured me that a trial period would be available, which significantly influenced my decision to consider the software for my landscape and pool construction company.
