We cannot search by Work Order numbers and in some cases we have a list of particular ones. It would help if we could just type in the Work Order numbers.

> Setting this system up for my institution was outsourced however the support from start to commissioning was very well taken care of by \[sensitive content hidden\] and the other team members. What I like most is the response time to all my inquiries. It's also worth noting that most of my inquiries were met immediately as the system was already capable and just needed to be selected or activated in the settings which was always done by the support team with a short explanation as to how and where it is located within the system. For this I can only blame myself as the 'help' section is always available. Regardless the team always seems to be very helpful. It takes a little time to get familiar with but the more functions I use, the more I found it easier and easier to management work at all our facilities. > **Avantages**: eWorkOrders is easy to use. The advantage of the product being web-based, over a stand-alone product installed on the users server or desktop computer, cannot be overstated. The ability to receive instant feedback from customers when a work order is closed out has allowed me to quantify and measure the new emphasis we have placed on an increase in quality customer service. I have many lessees in city-owned buildings that never before had access to the city Intranet based work request system and were forced to place a work request through e-mail, the telephone or a verbal request to a passing maintenance worker. With eWorkOrders, all my customers now can enter work requests that I am able to respond to immediately, receive feedback, measure and develop reports from a single database.

> **Inconvénients**: As with any system, eWorkOrders works best with internal admin support. However, we have been able to utilize it well with intensive training of the maintenence staff; with all entries being made by the maintenance workers themselves.

> I conducted extensive research of web-based Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) looking for the best product available for an entity with a limited maintenance budget. eWorkOrders won hands down\! The support staff is one of the best I ever encountered\! An example is when I have asked for additional reports to be designed for my use, they first researched their extensive report library and sent me an existing report or modified an existing report to fit my needs. They did this without a charge, when they could easily have just created a new report and sent me an invoice for payment. You will have to spend many thousands of dollars to get a product with more bells and whistles than eWorkOrders. I highly recommend this product and the people behind it\!

> **Avantages**: Ease of use + great customer care.  I always feel, probably from dealing with other Help Desks in my life, like I'm going to get the wrong person to be able to help with my issue.  Like, "oh, you need to hang up, redial, and press the \#2 option; we don't solve those problems here; bye"  But that's never been the case when I call or email.  I can probably count on 1 hand how many times I've needed to interface with \[sensitive content hidden\] and/or anyone else in the 4ish years we've been using the eWorks platform; and the customer care has been tremendous.  Furthermore, I've never had to hang up and redial hitting \#2; \[sensitive content hidden\] know's exactly what I'm talking about each time, and is well versed in solving the issue I'm having on my end.

> **Inconvénients**: The only con I have is you changed the flag colors.  They're kinda faint now, and I totally despise it.  Oh, I'd also like to see a Green.  Its super petty, and overly artistic....believe me, I know; but I'm just being honest.
