I am okay with performing all the functions that are possible in MMS, using the mobile app but as power user there are many times i feel, functionality is limited when it comes to managing each and everything of MMS from mobile. > > It has helped me move some what to the proactive side using eMaint MMS because now I have a clear view of all the scheduled work orders coming up, equipment history and tech time all in one place. The interface is self explanatory or easy to figure out where you should be and steps are laid out very well. If there’s any questions, the support page is an outstanding source for help, eMaint university has useful information and our cms can be noted as a reason for success. > > **Inconvénients**: Very little within the system itself. My issue would be from the admin down and lack of communication > > Our company was rather timid to begin. At least our plant. The tech’s didn’t understand, they didn’t like the change. From management perspective, being able to track pm’s, being able to look at preventative maintenance instead of chasing the fire has been a relief\! Focusing on the health of an asset and even the costs, the system has paid for itself.
