> **Inconvénients**: The ability to secure a connection with audience. We had multiple dropped sessions and attendees werent able to get into the event. When we took this concern to customer support they told us there was nothing they could do about this issue.

> Ultimately, we discovered that their platform cannot withstand the number of attendees our event has which caused an array of issues during the event.  Their customer service did not help us fix these issues which led to us finding a new vendor.

> **Avantages**: It is a really easy to use all in one platform. Delegates really enjoy the platform and how they can connect with others, follow the agenda live and access the virtual content

> **Inconvénients**: One thing that I think it could be improved is for Swapcard access when a device is going to be used from one event to the other you must delete all the data collected from the device in order to be able to log into the other event. I think if you could keep the data on the event would be better.
