> **Avantages**: Viewpoint Vista is an easy to use software for new users and seasoned users alike.  With the correct setup for accounting and reporting you will be able to get the most information into and back out of the system.  Invoicing your customers has been made easy since you can email the invoices directly to your customers.

> **Inconvénients**: Sometimes customers support has a case in their queue for awhile before getting back to you and then feels you will find your answer with a Knowledge Based article when you actually had already looked at very such article and needed further help.
> 
> Overall over the years of using Viewpoint Vista product by the many names we called it I would say the overall experience was a positive one as the updates overtime have created a better user experience also.
