> **Inconvénients**: The disconnect between the online Web Portal and the Core Desktop System. Additionally, the product does not offer real API end points. The authentication process and log in workflow needs help.

> Good, supported with basic functionality. Once you get into the weeds it can be difficult to gain the tailored help for solving problems.

> **Inconvénients**: Lack of support.  Viewpoint supported the software when we first implemented but that level of services has dropped off over the last year.  When you submit a ticket, you get an email advising of longer than normal wait times.  This has gone on for months now and even when you do get a response, they are often not able to solve the problem.
> 
> The support has deteriorated significantly over the last year.  We have had several support tickets where Viewpoint was not able to provide a solution and we had to find a fix through other sources.  System upgrades are terrifying with the last update impacting or ability to produce financials.  I hope Viewpoint figures this out and provides the support that they used to have.

> Love the product and can't wait to go live to start 2026\! The implementation team is fantastic\!  They are very knowledgeable and can answer any of our questions.
