> **Avantages**: Medaillia is an awesome tool, which helped us measure our customer experience quality. The review consolidation feature and word bubbles feature are my favorites, which give an overall picture of the customer response in a single snapshot. Simple to use and very relevant analytics to gauge the customer experience. The support team is also very helpful

> **Inconvénients**: Nothing major serves our use case perfectly, A nice to have feature improvement would be around smarter NLP (natural language processing). It would be great if the insights section can smartly suggest workarounds scanning all the feedback provided by hundreds of customers
