They have a huge amount of data instantly available and also have an incredible helpline. Any question you have you will be connected to a specialist almost instantly allowing you to go about your day while they find a solution. Depending on how many are purchased the price can be north of £30,000 which is extortionate and unreasonable for small businesses.
