Unfortunately, the execution and support did not meet our operational needs. > > **Inconvénients**: We experienced unreliable account information, poor tenant and administrator support, delayed responses, unclear ownership of issues, and repeated difficulty resolving basic operational problems. On at least one occasion, a tenant saw a zero balance even though our accounting records showed more than $4,300 due. The termination process also required repeated follow-up despite prior written and verbal notice. > > Our experience was extremely poor. The system created tenant confusion, collection risk, and significant additional work for our accounting and property-management teams. Support responses were often delayed, incomplete, or inconsistent, and routine issues required repeated emails and escalation. We ultimately discontinued the service because it created more administrative burden than value.
