> **Avantages**: IWb is better than other software like mailgenesis or mmd. In terms of turn around time, it's help a lot.IWb provide unique features like journeys, Dynamic content, short links, features like dynamic template and API facility.

> **Inconvénients**: 1. Automated emails like new registration user or welcome email are not available, using an API is compulsory.2. Sending a small group of email test is not available as well, to do that, a journey have to be created
