An example: You can create an „Expenses“ board where all employees upload receipts they received during travel plus their expense reports. They can add any necessary comments. When accounting has a question, they can reach out by leaving a comment on the item in question, upon which the person who uploaded the item will be informed via email. Or you create a kanban style shared task management board for your team. Items can be arranged in „Open“, „In progress“ and „Done“ columns, assigned to the right coworker and given a due date. Whenever the status of an item changes, it can easily be dragged and dropped to another column, giving the whole team a great overview of their work. Different means of collaboration and communication are deeply integrated into Cling, allowing you, for example, to chat with or video call a coworker directly from the board that you are both working on. > > **Inconvénients**: There is a certain learning curve to the product.
