My company has had accounts frozen multiple times. After lengthy investigations, the information somehow reached competent employees, and we received unblocking and an apology from the neobank. Recently, after yet another attempt to create an account for my company in another EU country, one of their employees decided I was doing something illegal with the company's legal structure and began blocking and removing FlawlessGroup from service, a company that has been operating reliably for four years and holds trademarks and patents for its software code. These are extremely unreliable people who don't deserve your efforts or trust. > > Terrible service with incompetent support. They don't understand the client's profile and make bogus requests for data without bothering to understand. It feels like their support team is overloaded and doesn't have the capacity to be a REAL PARTNER for the company on the platform. Their attitude is superficial. You can't trust this neobank.
