> **Avantages**: The integration into the free version of NPSP made choosing Fundraising Manager a no brainer. We were able to customize our reporting and develop a workflow that worked for us. The CloudStack team moved all of our data over from an archaic platform and provided us with a great onboarding experience. Using Salesforce allows us to integrate the Fundraising manager and our program management all in the same platform.

As a small team, we have no IT or Data staff who can take on this work so being able to have an easy experience to customize would be great. The new version 2.0 has begun this. We want to as a team have full control of the communications being sent out with options to edit and customize in a user friendly way.

> **Inconvénients**: We are currently struggling with processing and receipting large volumes of off-line donations as well as managing our the automation of the honoree and memorial gifts. We have recently upgraded to 2.0 which includes these features so we anticipate these processes will improve.
