> **Avantages**: It's a simple software package that's regularly being iterated and improved upon. Most people at Renaissance can log in, look at it for 30 seconds, and figure out most of what they need to do. The elegant downtime entry is also very helpful for our operators.

> **Inconvénients**: The software isn't highly customizable, but after we figured out different ways to get the information we needed, it became a non-issue.
> 
> The overall hardware and software experience has been fantastic. We have insight on OEE that were previously mysteries, and we can easily find out if any of our lines are running at the tap of a phone. On the people side, it's even better. The Raven team is highly energized and truly make us feel like they care.

### "Review of the Raven Software in a Pharmaceutical Environment" — 4.0/5

> **Avantages**: The most impactful features of the software are the "Process Status", "Lot Progression", and "Today's Production". The "Process Status" box shows the hublet screen in real time, which instantly communicates whether a line is running or down, as well as the number of parts that have been produced that shift. This feature, in combination with the "Lot Progression" tool have been presented to clients that come on site to watch the manufacturing of their products. The "Lot Progression" feature allows anyone with Raven access to see how far along a certain job is and when they can expect it to complete. Lastly, the "Today's Production" box on the Dashboard tab is crucial to see production data from previous days, broken down to the hour.

> **Inconvénients**: The most asked for feature by the end users of Raven has been a text box feature, whether that be for tagging on the hublet or commenting in the reports.
> 
> We are drastically improving our visual management system with Raven. We are currently in the process of hanging TVs outside of all production lines to display the Raven data. 

Working with the Raven team has been an absolute pleasure. The team is incredibly responsive and always willing to help. Additionally, the team is very forward thinking, always trying to figure out how to improve our current state.

> **Avantages**: Raven is very easy to install and get it customized to our needs. Real time data at our fingertips. Raven is very user friendly .

> **Inconvénients**: We not able to get all data provided by the equipment PLC and send it directly to Raven without increasing the pricing.

> Raven system helped us to increase productivity and reaction time to issues encountered during production. We were able to increase an equipment uptime from an average of 78% up to 98% in less than a month based on the data acquired by Raven.  The elimination of "manual" data entry it is crucial to make improvements on any time of equipment.

I love that I know the current status of our equipment (as well as how long it has been in that state) as soon as I walk through an area.
