The support team at SuperOps is incredibly helpful; their tech support is top-notch, and our account manager maintains regular contact, ensuring we have everything we need.

> **Avantages**: It's pretty good on the desktop, mostly functions although there are always little quirks like emails not formatted properly and such that do annoy me.

> **Inconvénients**: The phone app is really poor. It doesn't format emails properly on iOS, and never really seems to progress or improve.

> Overall it has not been a bad experience, I moved from Atera to SuperOps and it has definitely been a better experience than it was with Atera. Also Atera is an Israel company and I consider that to be a considerable risk at the moment given Mossad are known to spy through any and all means, I just can't expose my customers to that risk.

The platform is quickly getting better and better, with commonly requested features actually getting added fairly quickly. And these features are debugged and ready to go. Other platforms may "release" new "features", but they never work as intended. SuperOps' features really do\!

> **Inconvénients**: I would love some more documentation from SuperOps. They develop quite quickly and everything works pretty well right off the bat, but if they could explain some of the configuration settings in more depth and show you more ways on how to use the platform, that would be really nice. Still, I've gotten by just fine with the documentation they do have in combination with their support team.

> We had a fantastic onboarding experience. The account manager really cared about our success moving to this new platform for our RMM and ticketing needs, and we had countless onboarding sessions with a SuperOps engineer to discuss our particular needs and put them in action. Support is quick and helpful, and I'm finding new ways to use SuperOps every day\! It can do a lot more than they even advertise, especially with all of their automations and API. But it is also great right out of the box with default settings and features, so it is a win-win for everyone really.

> **Avantages**: Workflow and efficiency. I can juggle 3-5 tickets at a time for remote sessions without confusion. Widgets customize my home view and the chat system implementation has really helped day to day productivity.

> **Inconvénients**: Invoicing could be streamlined a little more. Adding items/labor charges has to be done one by one. Sometimes you have to save the invoice changes between every line instead of bulk adding different items.
> 
> We moved off of another MSP and onto SuperOps over a year ago and I love it. No over-saturation of 'our service can do this, that, everything' and more focus on the tools and ticketing system that are the primary tools needed to better help our clients.
