As a small business, the starter package is great but I would have liked the option of having some of the features of the team package like; managing permissions for pages and folders, and making checklists, forms, and documents available to people outside of our organization. Even if that meant paying for those features as an 'add-on' to my starter package. Those are two features that we would use regularly but the price is not supportive of a team of fewer than 5 users. > > AirManual has been excellent during the onboarding process.
