Come to find out our subscription had expired but we didn't receive any notifications that this was expiring. Some kind of communication for this would have been really helpful, or even an auto subscription renewal of some kind. As a business with so many varying services being utilized, we tend to rely on those types of communications to keep from our business being impacted. > > Overall it's been pretty decent.
