> **Avantages**: Clarity is EXTREMELY easy to setup through Google Tag Manager (or just adding a script to your website). It gives so much information around what users are doing on your website and where they are coming from.

> **Inconvénients**: We've had a few instances for whatever reason that the script confirms it's active, but then we find out data is not coming in and we have to close the container and start over.
> 
> We use clarity on our own, plus every client website we work with. Being able to view each websites heat mapping to help from a CRO perspective has brought a ton of new insight to our analytics.

> We opted for Microsoft clarity over the Google analytics and it was the worth as clarity is giving us the detailed metrics of website and there is no need to separately go for heatmap as it is inbuilt in Microsoft clarity.  On daily basis based on Microsoft clarity recommendations we make the changes and optimization in the website and increase the page speed performance by 3x.
