> **Avantages**: CloudFix provides solid recommendations for ways we can better utilize the cloud and reduce our cost, thus increasing the value we receive from our cloud deployments. The recommendations are easy to access, review, and either act on using CloudFix automation or pass along to Engineers to act on manually. With CloudFix, we've surfaced opportunities to save money and opportunities for better usage practices that no other cloud cost optimization tool has surfaced for us. Opportunities such as idle ElastiCache, DMS, and NAT Gateways are just a few examples of ways we've been able to reclaim a significate amount of money that we can then reinvest into our products in order to produce more value for our customers.

> **Inconvénients**: Currently CloudFix has limited SSO functionality which has created some challenges for providing access to teams of engineers. In the grand scheme of things, this is a small inconvenience.
> 
> Deciding to move forward with CloudFix has been a great and easy decision for me as head of the FinOps team for my company. The tool was easy to implement, has been easy to us, and easily paid for itself very quickly, providing a strong return on investment. I've also been very happy with the support provided by the CloudFix team. The team works directly with us to share upcoming release updates or to help us troubleshoot any questions or issues that come up.
