Der Formulareditor ist nichts für Weicheier, da sollte schon ein wenig HTML und Frustrations-Toleranz vorhanden sein. Wenn man den aber einmal im Griff und verstanden hat, denn sind die Möglichkeiten sehr gut und vor allem hoch flexibel. Auch ist das Listing auf ebay sehr gut gelöst, inklusive eigener Templates mit Platzhaltern. Leidgeprüft von anderen Systemen, die eben das nicht sonderlich gut im Griff hatte, war dies eine angenehme Überraschung. > > **Inconvénients**: Eine richtige Kundenverwaltung wäre noch ein Traum: zwar kennt BL bei Anlage eines neuen Auftrages eine Suche nach Kunden - die auch über Benutzerkennung oder Email Adresse realisiert werden kann; es kommt also kein Kunde abhanden, der einmal bekannt war. Allerdings wäre eine echet Kundenverwaltung im Sinne von Preisstaffeln, Kommentare, Kundennummer, aber auch Blacklistings - sinnvoll. Zwar können CRM Systeme angebunden werden, aber wie fragmentiert möchte man dies nun haben ?
