Once everything is staged, the platform runs itself from initiation, sending reminders, to compiling the reports in easy to download PDFs. > > **Inconvénients**: The platform itself is not very user friendly at first. I often found myself needing help with navigating the functions/features, and struggled to get everything set up. It would be nice to offer some more hand-holding throughout the various menus to make it easier for someone to work with when it's their first time.
