There is guidance available to explain what each metric relates to. I like that we can have multiple people working on the ESG questionnaire at the same time collaboratively. > > **Inconvénients**: Novata is new and still creating functionality and feature requests. Some features are less intuitive than they could be--I'd love the system to auto-save as you click through the different metrics. Right now you must hit the save button before hitting next or it doesn't record your answers. Also, finding the guidance or help can sometimes be a little confusing, but we do always get there in the end. > > Our Private Equity owners asked us to use this software and also set up the metrics they wanted us to report on. Since they have a large portfolio, some of the metrics are not applicable to us, but that's easy enough to mark as not reported for our entity. Getting support when we need it has been easy and the Novata team is very easy to work with.
