Residents found the electronic voting intuitive. Customer support was responsive when contacted with questions. > > **Inconvénients**: I was wary when they changed the interface in the midst of my meeting preparation but the new interface was easy to use and had more detail information about upcoming meeting status. They could improve on voting interface especially during meetings where there may be an owner occupied position and a regular position voting at the same time.
