> **Avantages**: One word: Simplicity.&#10;fol is different from other CRMs because it's as simple as a blank page. It’s simple but effective, and it really helps streamline communication, making it much easier to follow up and stay on top of everything.

> **Inconvénients**: Double profiles. &#10;When we use folk on Sales Navigator for example, it takes all the leads even though some leads are already in the system.. And we have to check for every lead if it's a duplicate or not manually.
