> **Avantages**: the variety of tutors with different backgrounds and languages, the dashboard with lots of valuable information for the person in charge of the management and easy to use, the possibility to schedule directly in the google calendar and automatically add lessons in case you have preferred time slot, the ability to transfer credits between people easily, the option to send reminders easily and the customer support is amazing also

> **Inconvénients**: the lack of possibility to have a framework agreement with a variable number of licenses, where we are only charged for the people who actually use it, or the need to sign a new agreement every time new people are added (in our company, there are changes in priorities, headcount, and responsibilities almost every month, which makes management difficult). This also affects billing, as we receive many different invoices, which don’t work well for the procurement team. Sometimes, some bugs prevent us from enrolling new students even if we still have available slots, and sometimes the information in the “employee activity” and “manage employees” tabs doesn’t match

> In general, I think it's a good service, and the value could be very well aligned with the price (which is high, but I understand that's the cost of this type of service in the market) if some of the bugs and the other issues I mentioned earlier were improved. I think it could be a top-tier\!

Additionally, the flexibility to choose from a wide range of tutors ensures that the learning experience is tailored to each person’s needs.

> **Inconvénients**: One thing I believe could be improved is the lack of notifications for admins when credits are still pending to be booked, especially towards the end of the month. This would help prevent unused credits going unnoticed. Also, there’s no structured way to receive feedback or evaluations from tutors about the students’ progress. Having this visibility would be valuable for tracking results and ensuring continuous improvement.

> **Avantages**: Preply business has been a great tool for us to support customers with upskilling their oral and written English skills to access the employment market. The dashboard equips you with the tools to easily add, remove or transfer lessons for individual students, to see which level they are at and map their progression and identify where customers need further support.

> **Inconvénients**: The only aspect would be the structure change where they only have 4 lessons allocated per month with our budget but if a student does not use all their lessons then you can transfer them to a student before the month end for a student who is engaging well and would like more lessons.
> 
> The over-all experience is very positive with support from an account Manager. I like how the dashboard is empowering to be self-service in most areas so you don't have to wait for a student to be added or removed. It has been an effective tool for us over the last 4 years and I highly recommend Preply business.
