They are able to easily and quickly access videos on site during rain delays and on breaks. Tracking on the admin side could improve but our customer service manger, \[sensitive content hidden\], is great. He returns my calls quickly whenever I have a question or get hung up on anything. He really has made the BuildWitt experience great. Knowing there is someone I can call if we are having issues that actually answers and is helpful created peace of mind and is one of the reasons why we decided to add on 50 extra subscriptions. > > **Inconvénients**: It would be nice if there was a way to click on each employee to see a percentage of their completion, ability to resend password link for that employee if needed, any employee learning stats, or anything other "analytic" associated with the employee. I really do not like the mass export. It has a lot of data that, for me, is not needed. Everything also comes out all jumbled up and is a bit overwhelming.I think it would be really nice to be sent an email notification when an employee completes the entire learning plan. \[sensitive content hidden\] does this and it is nice for the admin, especially when we are talking about tracking so many people. It would also be nice to have some sort of completion certificate or "student transcript" or something similar so we could upload that to the employee file in order to better track and prove what learning plans have been completed and when. > > The overall experience has been very positive. \[sensitive content hidden\]h is very responsive and helpful. Would also like to have the option to monitor less, and allow for users to move through without prompts. I've had great support, but unfortunately this is still a challenge for us.
