That’s to me more important than the features because even if you have amazing features, if there’s no support when there’s an issue, then you can’t use the feature correctly. > > **Inconvénients**: I haven’t actively used the platform from my own account because I first tried it using my friend’s account, but it was full of bugs. I believed I had canceled my trial, but unfortunately, it continued without my realizing it. I only became aware of this after seeing the charges on my bank statement and attempted to reach out to customer support, but I’ve received no response. As a result, I’m now forced to resort to public platforms to try and get in touch with them, since they’re not responding via email or their chatbot. I've had the app freeze on me when I'm trying to get past the second page of results. I don't like that:-I don't seem to be able to save my search query results for later to add more to my list.-I dont seem to be able to put in multiple cities, counties, or states when I do my searches.-LinkedIn and Facebook lead generation tool is not available as of the time of this review, but I hope that they're cleared and compliant with LinkedIn and Facebook guidelines for using the tool to generate leads. That can be tricky and put folks accounts in possible violation.Would like more documentation and support around the product that takes in all desired forms of learning and retention: Audio, Visual, Kinesthetic, \& Hybrid models. > > So far, so good. I mentioned already the areas I didn't like, i.e. the software getting hung up when I tried to move to the next page while prospecting. I wasn't able to add those prospects to my list. I believe they're a somewhat new company, so I think, considering, they're doing pretty well. I'm looking forward to their getting all of their functions in order.
