Everything we imagined for the creation of these pre-employment assessments was possible: from traditional multiple-choice exercises to assess our candidates' language levels, to gamified realistic simulations to mimic interactions with clients using videos and open-text questions, we were really able to test our client’s candidates entire skill sets in any fashion we wanted. Afterwards, the candidates record a video of themselves explaining their reports, which was very helpful for us to understand their thought processes.
