> **Avantages**: What attracted me to the Software was the ease in creating encounter forms using the LBV technology. You do not need to be a developer to start creating forms. There is a weekly conference call where both technical and non-technical individuals all over the world call in to discuss and help fellow developers facing any challenge. There's also a monthly training session which teaches individuals how to extend the features of the system.

> **Inconvénients**: initially it looks involving. Alot of steps to get simple stuff done. But once you're used to the process, you wouldnt even notice. Also, for countries outside the US, some of the terms used in the software maybe misleading.
