> **Avantages**: My reps. I can schedule training as often as necessary or get assistance (immediately usually) at any point I need. The team also works to integrate good suggestions via the communal feature request portion.
> 
> **Inconvénients**: It doesn't do well with "on-the-fly" adjustments and it is data entry heavy (a feature of all ERPs probably - I still dont have to like it :D ). Everything is tied to something else pretty integrally and adjustments usually involve going through multiple channels to get the output you need at the moment. And then if it was just temporary you need to go back and change it all again. Its easy once you figure it all out but there are many "avenues" you can access, and it can take a while to get used to (recommend training and the help videos\!).

> Icicle is very important in my operation. Manages all my ins/outs and that was my main consideration when moving to using this product.

Icicle has become integral to our operations and has become '2nd nature' with our staff.  Icicle has enabled us to meet and track our HACCP compliance with accuracy and reliability.

> **Inconvénients**: Overall we are pleased with our Icicle implementation, and Burton Software has always been responsive and effective with any inquiries we've had.

> **Inconvénients**: My team sometimes notices that Icicle will freeze unexpectedly, and the fix seems to be closing down your entire browser which can be problematic depending on the other tabs that are open at the same time.

> Icicle is an excellent ERP with incredible support staff that are more than accommodating and responsive with feature requests and any questions that we come across\!
