> **Avantages**: We're a small team so we like to keep things simple but efficient. Channeldock is simple to use but the main thing is the customer support for us. The team responds promptly to emails and is willing and able to implement custom requests if it makes sense to do so.

> **Inconvénients**: It is less mature then some of the more established platforms, which sometimes means we need to put in a custom request, but they are able to fix those relatively quickly.

> We are very pleased with the product. It gives us exactly what we need as an API-first ecom company.

> **Inconvénients**: Excel Export nodig met handelingen om actuele voorraadwaardering te doen. zou met een klik geweldig zijn einde jaar en ik denk makkelijk te maken. Voor totaal en per productgroep. En helaas als je 7 landen activeert bij Amazon, betaal je per land en niet per channelaanbieder. Dat zou ik eerlijker vinden.

> **Avantages**: Three years ago, I used Channeldock and was already very satisfied with it, but due to business changes, we no longer needed it. Two weeks ago, we started using Channeldock again, and it works really well. It's all fast, and the inventory management is clear. The support is also excellent.

> **Inconvénients**: The only issue is that you can't filter by new products to see which ones are being imported from your channels. But they're already working on this behind the scenes, so this will be resolved soon.
> 
> I'm very happy with Channeldock. It gives me much more peace of mind knowing that Channeldock is keeping track of all my inventory for me, so I can focus on other things.
