> **Avantages**: The CRMs basic structure provided viewing of task, scheduled meetings, lead management and my book of business within one location. The ease of use for appointments and the wrapping into other tools helps my time management. Though the biggest “like” is the AI note management and structure. It’s all our clinicians speak about.

> **Inconvénients**: It’s a positive and a negative. Navix seems to be changing a lot. This is because they listen to their customers. So for someone who is not part of the change, it could effect their use. So they are starting to wrap in update emails ans correspondence sometimes daily.
