> **Avantages**: We had it set up within a few weeks and immediately folks started to use it. The sandbox environment was helpful to get comfortable with using the system, but really ConsignO Cloud is intuitive and easy to use. Adding multiple sheets and dropping notes and signature zones is straightforward.
> 
> **Inconvénients**: The only thing that is a challenge for us is that it is typical our users have 2 valid email addresses that resolve to one account so we have to ensure that those seeking signatures use the correct email format so that the SSO authentication works for them to sign. The other thing that would be great would be if there was a way to sync our organization users in the address book.
> 
> The implementation was fairly smooth and quick. Currently we are using ConsignO Cloud as a standalone but could explore integrating with workflow tools to make signing documents more seamless for some end users.

> **Avantages**: At its core, I expect an electronic signature platform to output legally reliable and authentic documents. "Authenticity" means that everything that is required to "prove" the veracity of signer information and the integrity of the document itself is self-contained in the document. ConsignO Cloud does that, and more, by affixing cryptography protection to every signature event.
> 
> **Inconvénients**: The current inability (to my knowledge) to create dynamic signature templates, i.e. signature zones associated with a person or role that could move in a document when the document is generated. As I understand it, templates in ConsignO Cloud require signature zones to always be in the same page in the same spot.
> 
> We have embedded ConsignO Cloud in all of our workflows and processes requiring auditable and/or legally reliable documents. We especially like that signers can be identified as francophone or anglophone and the platform will accordingly communicate with them in their designated language.

> **Avantages**: ConsignO enabled UW to easily transition to online signatures during the COVID lock down period where a lot of office work was disrupted due to the change in work at the time.  ConsignO is intuitive and easy to use which made this giant shift in our work as painless as possible and enabled work to continue in uncertain times.

> **Inconvénients**: I think ConsignO is a great product and delivers exactly what it needs to be with ease of use.  However, I feel this product could be improved such as improved interactivity within a document (e.g. the ability for an initial signer to determine whether or not the signature project should be escalated to an additional signer or if their approval/signature is sufficient without the need to edit the initial project afterwards).I have also had less than stellar experiences with support - slow to respond, non-sufficient answers, etc.
