Payment processing is a funny thing where the actually processing is a commodity, but given the stakes it's crucial to have good quick support. MT helped us build a program w/commercials that really make sense for our business, along with white-glove support in setup and any occasional issues that come up. MT genuinely feel like partners, and we'd never get this kind of treatment from a big processor. > > **Inconvénients**: Haven't run into cons yet. Any implementation issues we've run into are really just fundamental flaws in outdated payment rails which are certainly not MT's fault (ACH is archaic and I can't wait for it to get replaced). The APIs were quite good, however the user interface had numerous bugs or design flaws (in my opinion). One recent example: reversing a large ledger transaction displays various UI errors however clicking create still works\! > > Overall, I enjoyed working with the API and by extension the team.
