> **Avantages**: Very easy to use as an administrator and for different users.  The organization, flow, reports, pictures, everything is very logical and easy to navigate and makes our job easier.  It's not so 'busy' like other software that makes it a chore to do anything; this is very straightforward.

> **Inconvénients**: Only that our corporate office has moved us to a new software portal that is absolutely horrible.  SB is a dream compared to what we are using now.  Other new system is extremely tedious, and so want to give praise for the ease of use we had with SB and please do not change\!

> This has been such a great tool, extremely easy to use and I can even teach our new staff users the mobile app within about 10 minutes for them to feel confident using it\!  It's very logical and organized, which makes our job in the office and in the field so much easier.  It's not a struggle to use this system.
