> **Inconvénients**: I don't like that the links say "buy tickets" because some ticket categories are free and it tends to stop people from clicking. I wish it had more reporting options. With the current availability of AI, it would be great to be able to do some compares of people that signed up previously that maybe have not sign up to current events. It's doable by exporting and inputting into AI programs, but would love to have it be available automatically. I also think it needs more connections to other email programs at a reasonable rate so that we can incorporate automation. Exporting and uploading to other programs is cumbersome and outdated tech.

Event ticketing is easily managed, can be duplicated and tweaked and the box office can be personalised. The check-in app is an added bonus, and the referral programme is great, if only I could remember to use it - I’ve recommended it to a few people, but not yet used the link\!
