> **Avantages**: Service Pro is a highly versatile software with great capabilities for the cost. There are many things that can be configured specific to your needs. They are also highly focuses on continuously improving the product and rolling out new features. They are very engaged with customer support and always willing to hear feedback and new ideas. The mobile app is great for our field technicians and integrates well with the overall system.

> **Inconvénients**: Some parts of the back-office part of the software are a little clunky and limiting, but they have eagerly heard this feedback and are actively working on product improvements.

> The overall experience has been very good. The most outstanding part is the customer service, which easily helps overcome many of the potential issues.

Everything used is customized by the administrator to ensure you are capturing all the information you want your staff to capture.

> **Inconvénients**: Although the inspection creation interface is easy to use I would like to be able to color responses and add images in the question to visually direct field personel.
> 
> Like any new software as long as you make the committment to properly train, develop your content and take the time to learn everything the software can do you will see it is easy to use.

> **Inconvénients**: Clumsy interface, mobile application seldom worked, heavy web service integration with Netsuite (the amount of data being constantly pulled from our ERP was astonishing).

> The sales team was very good at showing us a working system and all of the advantages to using Service Pro, so we were excited to use it.  After an extended implementation period, we finally went live and it was one problem after another.  The response from MSI was non-existent and with all the problems, we decided to stop using it.  What a complete waste of time and money.

> The relationship with our contacts at MSI are amazing. I feel like they are always trying to see where they can lean in on any issues we may have.

> **Avantages**: I like the mobile functionality and the fact it is cloud based.  Once you are trained in the system, it is relatively easy to use and understand.  The fact that there is a decent amount of customization available makes it work for unique situations like our company comes across.

> **Inconvénients**: Creating inspections and some other areas of the system that the user can do on there own can be complicated and challenging to work with.
> 
> Although it was a slow start with getting onboarded, we have had very helpful interactions as needed with the MSI team.
