This system was designed around a 100% digital process. Something that has been done in Europe for many years. If a US client wants to make a digital transformation in their e-procurement system they MUST look at the Negometrix platform. A company that has been doing this successfully in the European Union for 18 years. > > **Inconvénients**: None. Unless you consider an overwhelming feature set to be a con. My agency has not found any situation this e-procurement solution cannot handle. > > The software supports a 100% digital solicitation process. All solicitations are published digitally and ALL Suppliers respond digitally. The efficiencies realized by NOT accepting paper or physical solicitation responses have surpassed what was expected. The acceptance by our Suppliers have far exceeded my expectations. Contrary to popular belief, it is not the Suppliers that are holding back digital transformation but it is government agencies. Our Suppliers have been very accepting and have welcomed digital solicitaiton responses. It saves time and money to agency and to suppliers. Saves all the documents, and communication. Town of Palm Beach purchased both the Solicitations and Contract Management Module. For the first time we have full control of all what we have, to include renewal dates, expire contracts and so on. This helps a lot with planning and assigning resources. I just can't imagine to go back and work without Negometrix any more. Since we started using the system the number of suppliers bidding has increased for at least 30%. > > **Inconvénients**: I can't find any cons that are worthy to mention. > > Easy to use, and the whole process is documented. When you done with solicitation part, you will move it to the contract module. In Contract module, you can chose which documents you want to keep as internal, and what you want to publish. By publishing the contracts, you gain the public trust by being transparent.
