The platform also goes hand in hand with most of our already existing tools and it generally saves a lot of time with keeping access secure. > > **Inconvénients**: The administrative dashboard may be a little overwhelming to beginners, and certain integrations will need additional configuration, which might have to be done technically. Although the basic functions are functioning successfully, I believe that Okta could be somewhat enhanced by making the interface more user-friendly to the non-technical administrator and include more step-by-step guidance when configuring the system. > > We have been generally pleased with Okta. It has made managing identities and access easier throughout the company, improved security through trusted methods of authentication and made the IT workload involving password resets and new user onboarding smaller. It's a short term pain for being to access your station, but theres confidence is the defence and security you will have with this product. > > Pretty simple, all of our workstation software applications were 2FA protected with OKTA, and we had to use the app to unlock our workstations alongside our passwords.
