> **Inconvénients**: Discrepency in  OH values between HO Software and STORE software.
> 
> Milano Software has helped us manage our inventory of footwear between our 2 locations since 2007. The reports allow us to focus on top performing items and clear the non performers in a timely manner. One weakness is that the HO Inventory OH values do not match the STORE OH values. We hope to have this resolved with a Milano software upgrade.

> **Avantages**: The reporting.  I wish it worked the same in the spa version.  
The instant data transfer, I could see sales remotely anytime of day
The stable platform that did not seem to fail

> **Inconvénients**: it could not cope with bra size range which for us is over 179 different sizes.  Plus some sizes have a different price and cost so flexible cell properties are required.  
 Some reports could have offered a few more fields.

> We have not use Milano Retail program for some time now because the grid size will not work for our product line which need a grid 16 X 16 spaces minimum.  Since we left we are now on our 3rd program that will allow us to integrate  Shopify as that is the direction that we are going.  But after 3 completely different POS systems I can say Milano had the best reporting features and a stable platform for instantaneous data sharing between stores over the head office version.  Loved it

> Had since the early days...the new Retail version is not as easy as the old version but still great for capturing the info we need.  The customer support lacks especially with us "senior" people who don't intuitively know how it works. But I still recommend it
