> **Avantages**: I like the speed that is transcribes and the accuracy.  It is pretty accurate in capturing what I say.  I have the least amount of editing with notes when I dictate using Dragon.

> **Inconvénients**: It launches separately from my EMR application and doesn't automatically populate in my EMR and I need to paste the dictation.
> 
> I have a great experience with Dragon Medical Practice with great increase in accuracy and speed of my dictations.

> **Inconvénients**: While it has no problems with medical terminology, occasionally there will be a typo in the notes. Easily fixable and not very common.

> **Inconvénients**: Double letters everywhere.  Requires editing of everything you dictate due to double and sometimes triple letters in words.  A well known issue.  Customer support not helpful.  Flawed software.  Recommend that if you are using a previous version and it is working OK, do not upgrade\!
