> **Avantages**: The ease of use and accessibility across the board for all users from technicians and customers. I like that we can use this software as a selling tool for customers to put us ahead of the game as far as from a transparency stand point as a technician to the customer on a monthly inspection and their ability to see what is due for service in the future during the annual inspections to budget for those expenses. I love the new tool where we now can attach photos to each item within the reports. The software is very simple to use with lots of options to choose from and just the overall efficiency it has from company to customer.

> **Inconvénients**: The only problem I have found is the ability to simplify your failed devices within scan series breaking down the devices by the notes, viewing what you failed them for instead of what type of device it is. The only way to see what you failed each device for is to open each individual item and open the notes and then look what you failed it for. Another option is to send the report and can view each item and its corresponding notes, but then the customer has that report to view as well as the edited one you will send after repairs are made. This causes some confusion with customers and their building reports. It would be nice in the service summary or another option where you could view failed devices and simplify or some way breakdown how many of what are due for service (Example: I failed 15-10lb abc that are due for 6 year service and so on). The on,y way I know of within building reports are viewing failed items and what and where the item is located without having to click into each device. There needs to be some way to categorize the devices by what you failed them for so we as technicians can simply and speed up the repair process.

It gives us the ability as technicians to see each report year after year and see what becomes due for service ahead of time which allows us to prepare what is needed for the next inspection.

> **Avantages**: Being able to barcode each device in virtually any industry and having the customer to be able to access the reports. This software really gives our company an edge to be able to provide a better more technological inspection with the ability to be completely transparent in the fact that they know when we scan the item, does it pass or fail, and it lets them know when service or maintenance is due in the future so that they can budget for those needed repairs.

> **Inconvénients**: we used to be able to but currently we can not merge a report with another technician when photos are attached to a device.

> It’s a great tool to be able to offer our customers and gives us that competitive edge as well as it help us look in the future for planning on when things are due for future service or repairs.

### "How does a fire inspection software not create reports that meet the bare minimum state requirements" — 3.0/5

> **Avantages**: The actual ability and consistency of the app and program is very good. Very few glitches for the most part. The glitches I have experienced have been on the hardware side; getting the barcode scanner to stay connected to the android tablet.

> **Inconvénients**: Where do I start? The biggest fail for this software is Suppression Scan. This product does not create a report that meets the minimum Florida state statute requirements. Finding the correct functions in Suppression Scan is confusing and hard to do. It has dry chemical systems listed under engineered systems instead of pre-engineered systems. The system is set up for you to put a barcode on every nozzle, every fusible link, every cooking appliance, gas valve, pull station. Not surprising because they are in the business of selling barcodes and scans\! They don't tell you that up front, but after 6500 scans in a year, your price jumps almost $100.00 per month. Their embedded codes are generic and not worth the $10.00 per month they charge for it. &#10;&#10;The training that you pay $1800 for are just mind numbing, boring videos that really teach you very little. There is no one on one onboard training. You either watch videos or read pdf files. &#10;&#10;The calendar makes every inspection you schedule automatically reoccurring, at the selected interval. Sounds great in theory, but I don't know any fire safety business that services the same restaurant every 6 months on the 3rd at 8 a.m. It does not create a list of which inspections are due every month, it just plots them in the calendar, no matter if it is a Saturday or Sunday. &#10;&#10;Creating buildings and accounts is confusing , and if you don't have an email address you can't create an account\!

> Customer service is abysmal\!\! I have barely heard from my account rep, the salesman who sold this to me promised me things that they cannot make happen, the guy in charge of training is a completely arrogant jerk, and when I asked customer service for multiple training questions, they tried to refer me to the pdf booklets. Two months in and I still have to use paper reports because their reports do not meet the minimum requirements listed in the Florida State Statute.

> **Avantages**: Not much.  I don't use the software itself.
> 
> **Inconvénients**: Placing orders are VERY disjointed.  Some order you have to place online some orders you have to email.&#10;BR does NOT have a way to accept a purchase order number and track your orders.&#10;BR does NOT email acknowledgments for all orders.&#10;BR does NOT send a packing list/packing slip with their orders.  So this means searching for the order and finding the original PO.  Painful&#10;BR does NOT open net30 account.  Everything MUST be paid with a credit card.&#10;For a company who specializes in reports they don't have anything for Purchasing or AP or others.&#10;Very frustrating
