> **Avantages**: My roommate and I were introduced to this software/app when we moved into our new apartment building a year ago. We were impressed in the integration of this app as a way to reach other building tenants and hear about information about the apartment, and potential closures in the area. We consider ourselves to be technology advanced, as we both work within the technology and business industry, so we were overall pretty impressed with the app. We find everything to be easily found (ie. gym hours, rooftop hours, and other amenities hours) and the ability to reach out to other tenants has seemed to have benefited others in the past. Overall, I would very pretty excited if I found out any future residence we lived, adopted this technology.

> **Inconvénients**: The one negative that stands out is a glitch when opening a notification. I have push notifications on, and if something is written on the community wall or management sends out a notice, if you click on the notification the message will not show. I always need to exit out the app, close it, and then I can access the app after re-entering.
