> **Inconvénients**: As an Admin the software can run a bit slow pulling up details to set up an associate or research an issue. It would also be nice to see some employee details available on various pages vs grabbing from different areas within the tool.
> 
> Overall we were looking for a tool that would provide more analysis of the work that our associates do to allow us to improve our process. This is not the feature we have with the purchased package and we would not want to purchase additional features.

> **Avantages**: The features that are most impactful is being able to see when the associates are working compared to sitting idle.  This helps me to see where my associate could be in their work whenever they do not show idle on days they are most productive.

> **Inconvénients**: I would like for the system to be more user friendly when it comes to setting up your own report in order to send something to your associates through email.
> 
> The idle time helps me to resolve the associates work time to help them see if they are managing their time wisely to meet their production goals.
